Make an impact as a full-time English Language Arts educator for grades 5-8 with a contract assignment conveniently located near Minneapolis, MN. Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience teaching General Education ELA in a middle school setting preferred
• Hold an active Tier 3 or 4 teaching license (or be eligible)
• Strong classroom management and communication abilities

• Ability to adapt and differentiate instruction to support all learners
• Ready to collaborate with colleagues and families to support student achievement

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, standards-based ELA instruction to students in grades 5-8
• Assess student progress and tailor teaching strategies to individual needs
• Utilize diverse texts and resources to enrich the curriculum and promote literacy
• Maintain open, proactive communication with families regarding student growth
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and required school activities
• Provide timely feedback, grading, and academic support for students
