Job Duties and Responsibilities :

·         Receive incoming shipments of materials and store them in their proper location. *

·         Organized and maintained efficient and tidy warehouse space, optimizing layout and inventory management. *

·         Assist in the loading of materials using appropriate equipment and safety procedures. *

·         Prepare orders and materials for outbound shipments, ensuring they are properly packaged and labeled. *

·         Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. *

·         Identify and report damages, discrepancies, or safety hazards in the warehouse. *

·         Assist in various warehouse tasks as needed, including cleaning and maintenance. *

·         Follows applicable safety, health, and environmental rules and guidelines.  Uses appropriate protective equipment. *

·         Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Physical / Mental Demands :

This position requires the ability to lift to 50 pounds throughout the day. It also requires activities such as sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, carrying, reaching, bending, finger dexterity, visual acuity, speaking, and hearing. You must be able to distinguish between colors.

Working Conditions/Environment :

Work is typically performed in a warehouse setting without heat or cooling. It requires the ability and willingness to work long hours at times, as well as a flexible work schedule (including occasional weekend hours) to meet the demands of the position.
