Furnace OperatorLocation: Souderton, PA Pay: $20-$23/hour Shifts Available: 2nd, 3rd, and Rotating ShiftsFurnace Operator Responsibilities:Planning and changing out furnace loadsPacking and unpacking ordersOperating furnaces and shop equipmentFollowing project instructions, labeling, and packaging requirementsConfiguring and monitoring furnace settings, recorders, and vacuum gaugesOperating a forklift and overhead crane as neededFurnace Operator Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDBasic math skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift, bend, reach, and stand for long periodsForklift or overhead crane experience/licensure is a plus
