Our goal is to help businessesthrive in the digital era by leveraging cutting-edge technologies andtailored strategies. Key Accountabilities: Answer inbound calls and screen callers for eligibility. Complete the correct assessment for the callers who wish to enroll. Help with plan selection as needed Help set tasks for Agent callbacks if needed. Maintain accurate client information in the American Exchange CRM system. Assist current clients with services such as updating their income, demographic info, checking status of their insurance policy, getting ID card if able, etc. Process enrollments and generate quotes for clients as needed Assist in projects as needed, such as payments, commission tracking, Marketplace checks, or carrier checks What we are looking for: Works well in a team environment Projects positive and productive behavior Willingness to ask for help when complications arise Punctuality in accordance with scheduled work hours Attention to detail is imperative as data entry is a big part of day to day work Job Requirements Quiet place to work in your home, with little to no distractions A reliable high speed internet connection Dependability to be at work each day and adhere to your schedule.
