The Outbound Reservationist contacts our guests who have purchased a pre-paid vacation packages and assist them in making their travel arrangements. You will use sales strategies to provide recommendations that meet guests' expectations and apply innovative problem-solving skills to give advice and enhance the guest experience.

Work Schedule Options: (MondayFriday + only 1 Saturday per month, Sundays off!

PM Shift: 1:30 PM 9:30 PM

Responsibilities

What You'll Do Engaging with guests in an outbound call center environment, delivering enthusiastic and personalized service Contact guests to schedule travel dates, verify details, and answer questions about their vacation packages Provide expert recommendations on resorts, amenities, and upgrades to enhance each guest's experience Confidently apply sales strategies to identify opportunities and exceed guest expectations Manage transactions for payments, upgrades, and fees when applicable Maintain accurate reservation records using Excel and internal systems Use innovation and problem-solving skills to ensure every guest interaction is smooth, helpful, and exciting

Qualifications

Qualifications High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of sales experience in a performance-driven environment 2+ years of customer service experience with a strong guest-first mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
