Family Medicine Physician Opportunity
Mass General Brigham is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join Hilltop Family Practice in Somersworth, NH. This community-based practice is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, with a strong commitment to caring for a diverse patient population.

What You'll Do
Comprehensive Care:
- Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care, including preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute care
- Build longitudinal relationships with a diverse patient population
- Support patients with complex medical and social needs
Team-Based Environment:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, an advanced practice provider, nurses, and medical assistants
- Work alongside embedded support services such as behavioral health, social work, care management, and diabetes education
- Opportunity to work in a standalone practice setting with strong clinical and administrative support
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in New Hampshire (Maine licensure a plus)
- 5+ years of experience preferred
