Mass General Brigham is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join Hilltop Family Practice in Somersworth, NH. This community-based practice is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, with a strong commitment to caring for a diverse patient population.

Located in the Seacoast region of New Hampshire, Somersworth offers a close-knit community feel with convenient access to Portsmouth, Boston, and Portland. The area provides an excellent quality of life with outdoor recreation, coastal amenities, and no state income or sales tax, making it an ideal place to live and work.

What You'll Do

• Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care, including preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute care
• Build longitudinal relationships with a diverse patient population
• Support patients with complex medical and social needs

Team-Based Environment:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, an advanced practice provider, nurses, and medical assistants
• Work alongside embedded support services such as behavioral health, social work, care management, and diabetes education
• Opportunity to work in a standalone practice setting with strong clinical and administrative support

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in New Hampshire (Maine licensure a plus)
• 5+ years of experience preferred
