Job Description Hotels at Home is a rapidly growing eCommerce Service Provider with our corporate office in Fairfield, New Jersey and additional operations in China and France. We are seeking an energetic, HR Generalist to join our growing company! You will be responsible for onboarding new employees and facilitating the day-to-day work life. The HR Generalist will play a critical role ensuring we are hiring the most qualified talent available, and then ensuring that the onboarding experience (and beyond) solidifies our employee first approach, creating a workplace that fosters joy and collaboration. As the HR Generalist, you will have a front row seat and a direct impact on the next phase of our growth. Responsibilities Support employees on a day-to-day basis Align with management to create a workplace that fosters joy Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process. Onboard new employees Ensure new hires are fully prepared for their first day and have access to necessary resources Proactively focus on employee engagement and retention Partner with hiring managers to identify candidate qualifications and implement a recruitment plan. Research and recommend creative new ways of sourcing top talent. Screen applications, conduct phone and/or video-based interviews and coordinate on-site interviews. Ensure HR records are accurate and up to date Staying up to date with employment law and compliance Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications You motivate others with an energetic, enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable style Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work in an environment that is fast-paced and high growth. Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
