We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Sr. Document Control Associate for Juncos, PR. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the lifecycle of controlled documents within a regulated environment, ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards and supporting inspection readiness.

Salary: $27.36 per hour


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree
    OR
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of directly related experience
    OR
  • Associate’s degree and 6 years of directly related experience
    OR
  • High school diploma or GED and 8 years of directly related experience


Preferred Qualifications & Attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience in document control within a GMP/GDP/GLP regulated environment.
  • Well-versed in interpreting and applying regulatory and procedural requirements to meet compliance expectations for controlled documents.
  • Skilled in managing the document lifecycle using electronic systems such as CDOCS, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and conformity with standards and approval workflows.
  • Strong technical writing, editing, and document formatting abilities; able to produce and revise documentation that withstands audits and inspections.
  • Proven project management and problem-solving skills, especially in supporting or implementing process improvements related to document management or compliance environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based tools.
  • Highly preferred: Experience supporting computerized systems documentation and understanding associated with GxP computerized system requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work cross-functionally.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creation, revision, and approval of controlled documents in electronic document management systems.
  • Ensure documents meet compliance and inspection readiness standards.
  • Support continuous process improvements in document management practices.
  • Collaborate across departments to support documentation requirements and maintain compliance.
