Oracle Fusion HCM Manager

About the Company
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Manager to lead onsite and offshore delivery teams across the complete Oracle Fusion HCM ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise, deep technical knowledge, and proven leadership experience managing enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion HCM initiatives.
About the Role
This role requires an individual capable of driving strategic HR technology transformation, leading global teams, architecting scalable solutions, and partnering with business and executive leadership to deliver operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Delivery
- Lead onsite and offshore Oracle Fusion HCM functional and technical teams.
- Drive project execution, delivery governance, prioritization, and operational excellence.
- Manage implementations, enhancements, support, upgrades, and transformation initiatives across Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Partner closely with HR, IT, PMO, Architecture, Security, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Mentor and develop high-performing global delivery teams.
- Establish engineering standards, governance models, and scalable support processes.

- Oracle Fusion HCM certifications preferred
