Sales and Service Administrator

The company provides sales and leasing of mobile imaging equipment, parts sales, component repair, and remote monitoring of Imaging equipment and service. OnlyMed also offers specialized services like magnet maintenance (helium refills, coldhead, and compressor services) and engineer training, ensuring operational excellence in the medical imaging industry. Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid administrative role. The individual in this position will perform a wide range of administrative duties, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, handling internal and external communications, and providing general administrative support to senior leadership. The candidate will work closely with executive team members, ensuring efficient office operations and supporting decision-making processes through effective organization and communication. Qualifications Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, calendar management, and travel coordination Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various administrative responsibilities efficiently Excellent communication skills for internal and external correspondence and relationship management Proficiency in office technology and tools, including Quickbooks Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of professionalism Problem-solving and decision-making skills to support executive leadership Familiarity with the medical imaging or healthcare industry is a strong advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr OnlyMed
