Assistant Controller

Assistant Controller (District Controller Reporting) – located in Seekonk, Massachusetts. Salary range: $85,000 – $90,000. Duties include month‑end close, budgeting, forecasting, and operational accounting. Relocation and 10% travel expected. Responsibilities Manage flow of accounting data between corporate systems and remote facilities. Support quarterly Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance activities, including documentation and internal review processes. Communicate financial results and key insights to internal business partners on an ongoing basis. Perform rate analysis and review to support accurate financial reporting and decision‑making. Prepare monthly narrative explanations of significant variances compared to budget and forecast. Develop and maintain a rolling three‑month financial forecast on a monthly basis. Assist in the planning and execution of the annual budgeting process. Ensure accuracy of financial records through reconciliation of all general ledger accounts. Complete monthly financial close activities, including preparation of financial statements for assigned operating locations.
