Preferably 3-5 years of accounting experience; healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory. Proficient in financial analysis with strong analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to independently resolve issues and improve processes. Strong competency in computer skills, including specialized accounting software. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with not-for-profit accounting and tax return preparation is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
