Job Description

Responsibilities may include (depending on role):

• Assisting with preparation and service of meals
• Supporting dining room operations and resident service
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Working collaboratively with kitchen and care teams
• Ensuring a positive dining experience for residents

• Prior food service or healthcare experience is helpful, but not required

Food Service Worker/Wait Staff Pay Range: $16.20-23.50

Cook Pay Range: $17.25-25.00

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
