Maintenance Attendant Day Porter

Maintenance Attendant / Day Porter Supports a building or a facility by performing tasks such as changing light bulbs, cleaning spills, emptying trash and performing light mechanical maintenance. Performs regular housekeeping to keep areas clean and safe. Reports safety hazards and larger maintenance problems to a supervisor, and tracks and reports on supplies inventory. Requires flexibility and willingness to complete all assigned tasks.
