About the Role
Our client, a global leader in the food production, agriculture, and supply chain industry, is seeking an experienced Project Manager III to support enterprise technology initiatives. This role will be responsible for leading complex projects with a focus on Agile execution, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence across multiple teams and business partners. The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive complex initiatives in fast-paced environments. Job Description
The Project Manager III will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners to coordinate activities, manage dependencies, and maintain project momentum.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile execution teams to deliver technology and business projects on schedule and within scope.
• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project plans involving multiple stakeholders, business units, and external partners.
• Drive execution rigor through established governance processes, project cadences, status reporting, and risk management activities.
• Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex project challenges while mitigating risks and addressing issues proactively.
• Support cloud migration initiatives and technology transformation efforts as needed.
• Monitor project performance, track milestones, and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration and accountability across project teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of four years of related project management experience.
• Experience managing Agile execution teams and delivering projects in Agile environments.
• Proven ability to create and manage integrated project plans across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and navigate challenging stakeholder environments.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and managing competing priorities.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies, tools, and reporting practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five or more years of project management experience.
• Experience supporting cloud migration or cloud transformation initiatives.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification.
• Experience working within large, complex enterprise organizations.
• Background supporting technology, digital transformation, or infrastructure projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks and project governance practices.
