Specific Title Integration Lead

Summary The Integration Lead functions as an IT Project Manager managing the IT integration of newly acquired companies through various phases, including site assessments, security, email migration and network unification among other activities.

Team Structure Typical project teams range from 6-12 members depending on the complexity of the business entity being integrated. It will include a mix of employees, contractors, and external vendor partners.

Responsibilities:

• Create Project Plan, update as needed.
• Proactively seek needed information by researching internal data sources, contacting internal and external resources.
• Provide leadership to project team. Work the plan, provide clear direction to others.
• Communicate project status in writing and verbally to leadership team, differentiate relevant from irrelevant information and escalate as needed.
• Partner with Engagement Manager to effectively manage relationship with business partners.

Ideal Candidate Background:

• 5+ years IT Infrastructure project management experience in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
• C-Level presentation experience
• Attention to detail and a high level of efficiency
• Data collection and analytics experience
• Broad IT background with domain experience or knowledge in IT security, user collaboration tools, desktops, networks, application hosting and call centers
• Highly motivated with proven success meeting commitments in a deadline-driven environment with multiple competing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to influence opinion without direct managerial control
• Customer focused and results driven
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous consulting experience, ideally in healthcare industry
• 2-4 years previous M&A integration experience
