Labor and Delivery Nurse

Location: Colorado

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with 36 hours scheduled and 24 hours guaranteed. Subject to weekend, holiday, float, and call requirements per department guidelines.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery Nurse for our facility in Colorado. The ideal candidate will have the capacity to float to other facilities as needed and must possess multi-skill capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Proficient in triage procedures.
Provide couplet care for mother and baby postpartum.
Circulate operating room cases.
Admit newborns and assist in deliveries.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Minimum 24 months of Labor and Delivery experience with recent experience in the last 12 months.
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AFM from approved vendors.
No hits on state license to practice.
Driver's license to verify residency.
