• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Valid state licensure/certification as an SLP
• Experience with speech, language, and communication assessments and interventions in school-aged children
• Strong collaboration skills for partnering with teachers, administrators, and families
• Ability to create and adapt individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostics of speech/language abilities
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy, consultative support, and group interventions for students with communication challenges
• Track student progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
