Working Monday through Friday during school hours, you'll become an essential member of a welcoming, multidisciplinary team focused on student success.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Florida
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience or strong interest in working in K-12 school settings
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and team participation

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students’ needs and educational goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and contribute valuable insights to student care teams
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
