School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or SLPA - West Palm Beach, FL

Connected Hearts Pediatric Therapy, LLC is hiring a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for Renaissance Charter School at West Palm Beach . This is a part-time position, 3 days per week, and we're ready to bring someone on as soon as possible. About the Role: On-site position at a single campus, following the school's calendar and daily schedule. 3 days per week, 7.5 hours per day. Pay: $75/hr for SLPs, $50/hr for SLPAs. You’ll be joining an established on-site team — working alongside another SLPA and a supervising SLP — so you have built-in collaboration and support from day one. Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students per their IEPs. Conduct screenings and evaluations as needed. Develop and track progress toward IEP goals. Maintain timely, compliant documentation of services provided.Collaborate with the on-site SLP/SLPA team, teachers, case managers, and other members of the IEP team. Attend IEP meetings and provide input on student progress. Manage your caseload while staying connected with the supervising SLP and team for guidance, case consultation, and support. Qualifications: Active Florida SLP license, or SLPA registration/certification in good standing. Prior school-based experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable managing your caseload within the school day. Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with documentation.
