Licensed Insurance Customer Service

Associate Service AgentWe are seeking an ambitious, outgoing, career-oriented P&C licensed CSR professional to join our team. You must have excellent customer service experience. You will be speaking with customers on the phone and willing to build and develop new customer relationships and maintain existing clients.An active Ohio Property & Casualty license is required for this role. Prior Allstate experience in property and casualty insurance is a must.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for incoming agency callsAssist clients with a variety of requests, including processing payments, answering policy questions, and updating account informationConduct policy reviews and identify opportunities for additional coverage or referrals to the sales teamDocument client interactions and follow up as needed to ensure satisfactionRequirementsWork in-office Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate clearly and professionally by phone and emailComfortable working with insurance policies and handling sensitive client informationPrior experience in a customer-facing or insurance-related role preferredBenefitsBase pay $20 per hour (higher base negotiable depending on licensing and experience)Paid Vacation (3 weeks per year)401(k) Retirement planHealthcareIf you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please submit your resume.
