Job Title: Tech Lead Java AWS Developer Location: Malvern, PA Contract Exp - 15+ Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead with strong AWS development expertise to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE technologies, microservices architecture, cloud-native development, and AWS services , along with the ability to guide development teams and drive technical delivery. This role requires a strong technical leader who can work closely with architects, business stakeholders, DevOps teams, and developers to build high-performing, secure, and scalable solutions in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using Java/J2EE technologies. Architect and develop microservices-based and cloud-native applications on AWS . Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and deploy applications using AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, SQS, SNS , and others. Drive best practices in coding standards, design patterns, performance optimization, security, and scalability . Oversee integration of applications with databases, third-party systems, and APIs. Participate in code reviews, design reviews, release planning, and production support . Work with CI/CD pipelines , containerization, and DevOps practices for automated build and deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development, test, and production environments. AceStack LLC
