Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Pre‑Suit Attorney to join its team in Raleigh, NC. The attorney will manage motor vehicle accident cases in the pre‑litigation phase and must be able to work from the Raleigh office. An active NC Bar membership is required. Duties Handle all pre‑litigation work daily Complete the Flip‑to‑Lit approval process Guide clients through the case process Draft and file pre‑litigation documents Complete TD approval for liability issues Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation Manage the release approval process Supervise a team of 6‑10 Case Managers Focus on personal injury cases, primarily premises Drive compliance and KPIs among the team Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements Requirements Law degree from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the NC State Bar Association 2+ years of personal injury experience Ability to manage a high volume of pre‑litigation cases Excellent client service and communication skills Strong leadership skills Self‑starter driven by long‑term career goals Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree Certifications Active NC Bar membership Skills Client service excellence Strong communication Leadership and team management Effective negotiation Superior writing and advocacy Benefits Medical and dental insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off Paid holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr BCG Attorney Search
