Operations Analyst Overview The Operations Analyst supports core financial operations across Accounts Payable, Treasury Operations, and broader Finance & Accounting functions. This role is ideal for a versatile, hands‑on professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can flex across multiple operational areas while maintaining accuracy and urgency. Key Responsibilities Execute Accounts Payable processes, including invoice review, coding, and payment processing (approximately 50% of role) Support Treasury Operations activities such as cash management, payment runs, and bank reconciliations (approximately 25%) Contribute to broader Finance & Accounting operations, including reporting, reconciliations, and ad hoc analysis (approximately 25%) Partner cross‑functionally with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely completion of financial transactions Prepare and deliver clear, polished reports and presentations to stakeholders Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce risk across financial operations Respond quickly to priorities and deadlines with a strong sense of urgency Qualifications Experience across multiple finance functions, with strong exposure to Accounts Payable and Treasury Operations Demonstrated ability to operate as a "jack of all trades" within Finance & Accounting environments Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment High attention to detail with the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency Key Traits for Success Adaptable and flexible across shifting priorities Highly organized with strong follow‑through Collaborative and solutions‑oriented Comfortable operating both independently and within a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
