Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00/hr

Job Description:

We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join a roofing materials manufacturing facility in Green Springs, OH. This position supports warehouse and production operations by operating forklifts, moving raw materials and finished products, loading shipments, and maintaining an organized work environment. This is a physically demanding role requiring frequent heavy lifting throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stage, and organize roofing materials and finished products.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and proper safety procedures.
• Move, stack, and store materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Perform frequent heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the workday.
• Pick, package, and prepare products for shipment.
• Build and organize pallets for customer orders and deliveries.
• Assist with inventory control, material movement, and warehouse organization.
• Follow all safety procedures while working around manufacturing equipment and warehouse traffic.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous forklift, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting and physical labor throughout an entire shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
