Learn more at: C3 AIAs a Product Manager, Asset Performance, you will serve as the primary focal point for C3 AI product efforts in AI-based asset performance use cases. You will leverage your prior experience and gain deep expertise in our products to develop enterprise AI applications that deliver meaningful business value for our customers. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams through the planning, design, and implementation stages of C3 AI applications to positively impact our success.C3 AI Asset Performance applications span across multiple industries, such as oil & gas, utilities, life sciences, defense, manufacturing, and utilities. As a Product Manager, Asset Performance, you will be building SaaS products that provide value to solve important and complex asset management and manufacturing challenges: process optimization (yield, quality, throughput), reliability, predictive maintenance, field services, etc.Responsibilities:Prepare, maintain, and own of all aspects of your SaaS product(s):Vision for a comprehensive feature roadmapDetailed product specification documentationUser experience, customer satisfaction and QAMarket positioning and customer targeting and segmentationDifferentiated collateral to support sales, including customer testimonials and case studiesDevelop a thorough understanding of C3 AI Applications to clearly communicate technical capabilities and business impact to customersSupport pre-sales activities (trials, pilots) to ensure consistent and successful use of existing SaaS applications across our global customer basePositively influence sales, engineering, and customers to ensure success of your productCollaborate with the C3 AI Customer Success team to ensure our customers deliver on their Digital Transformation VisionEffectively and proactively communicate with customers and build a trusted advisor relationshipRegular travel (25+%) to customer sitesQualifications:Bachelor of Science in STEM field; MBA or Master of Science preferred4+ years of work experience in asset performance (reliability, optimization) and product management roles. Project, educational, or self-taught experience in big data, analytics, and data science is a plusSignificant relevant experience in, or supporting, complex manufacturing or energy businesses. The ideal candidate will fluently understand advanced asset performance management concepts (yield prediction and optimization, for example) and associated user persona requirements.Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsStrong problem-solving skills and bias for action – you have the ability to navigate both business and technical domains and will provide guidance to internal and external implementation teamsTime-management and prioritization – you are comfortable simultaneously working across many projects, both collaboratively across diverse teams (including customer-facing and internal teams) and self-starting initiativesDesire to quickly grow subject matter expertise in supply chain use cases – you are excited to learn about both C3 AI technology and relevant industry domains (such as manufacturing, energy, or life science)Value self-learning – you habitually further your understanding of relevant areas of interest, such as AI, cloud computing, and software developmentCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.C3 AI provides excellent benefits, a competitive compensation package and generous equity plan.
