Revenue Operations Analyst

About The Role The Revenue Operations Analyst owns the systems, processes, and data that drive our go-to-market engine. Sitting at the intersection of sales, marketing, and finance, this role ensures our revenue teams operate with maximum efficiency, clear visibility, and clean data. The analyst will manage the administration of Salesforce and adjacent GTM tooling, design workflows that reduce friction for the sales team, and build the analytics dashboards that leadership relies on for forecasting and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Administer the Salesforce CRM platform, including managing user access, custom fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automated workflows Design and implement data integration pipelines between Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, and other sales enablement tools Build and maintain operational dashboards in Tableau or Looker to track sales velocity, pipeline coverage, and quota attainment Manage the quarterly commissions calculation process and resolve reporting discrepancies for the account executive and customer success teams Identify process bottlenecks in the lead-to-opportunity funnel and design automated solutions to accelerate deal velocity Conduct monthly data audits to ensure high hygiene levels across account, contact, and opportunity records What We Are Looking For 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analyst roles within a SaaS or technology environment Expert-level Salesforce administration skills, with a strong understanding of CPQ, workflow automation, and custom object architecture Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and experience building dashboards in BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical processes and clean documentation Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field Bonus: Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) and experience with Python or R for advanced data modeling #J-18808-Ljbffr
