Position Summary The Customer Onboarding Manager will lead a small team responsible for onboarding new customers, maintaining customer data, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. This hands-on role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal departments while driving process efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage daily customer onboarding operations and support team performance. Ensure onboarding activities are completed accurately and on time. Maintain customer data within TMS, GP, and PortPro systems. Review customer credit information and onboarding requirements. Coordinate with customers, EDI teams, and internal stakeholders. Monitor KPI performance and identify improvement opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related issues and customer needs. Qualifications Leadership or team management experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience preferred.
