About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an Associate Graphic Designer - Branding to work in the Philadelphia Corporate office. The Associate Graphic Designer - Branding is responsible for supporting the development and execution of high-quality visual creative across multiple brand touchpoints. The Associate Graphic Designer - Branding will contribute to the creation of elevated, cohesive, and on-brand design solutions spanning presentation design, advertising, collateral, digital content, and packaging concepts.


Responsibilities

• Design and develop elevated presentation materials that clearly communicate brand stories, product concepts, and strategic initiatives.
• Create visually compelling advertisements across print and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign objectives.
• Design and produce marketing collateral including sell sheets, promotional materials, and catalogs/lookbooks as necessary.
• Support the research and creation of trend boards that inform creative direction and product development.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand style guides, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
• Conceptualize and design innovative packaging graphics and systems that align with brand positioning and retail strategy for both Unique and private label brands.
• Design tradeshow booths, and displays that enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
• Create digital assets including e-blasts, website graphics, landing pages, and social media content.
• Support web design initiatives, including layout design, asset creation, and user-focused visual execution.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong design skills with a demonstrated ability to create elevated, visually compelling work across multiple mediums.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing presentation design, packaging, advertising, collateral, digital design, and branding projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva; familiarity with Figma or similar web design tools preferred.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field required.
• 2-4 years of professional design experience in a branding, agency, or in-house creative environment preferred.
• Demonstrated experience creating elevated presentation design, advertising, collateral, and digital assets.
• Any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
