Key Responsibilities

• Implement therapeutic treatment plans created by licensed physical therapists, ensuring adherence to prescribed strategies for patient recovery.
• Guide patients through exercises and interventions aimed at improving strength, balance, and mobility, while offering encouragement to bolster their confidence.
• Document patient progress accurately through electronic health records to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as necessary, ensuring effective communication with care teams.
• Maintain a safe and engaging therapeutic environment, setting up equipment and ensuring cleanliness for optimal patient experience.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, demonstrating empathy and understanding, and motivating them to achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
