Qualifications Graduate of an accredited CRNA program Eligible for Wisconsin licensure ACLS (through American Heart Association), BLS and PALS Practice Details Based at SSM Health St. Marys Hospital (ACS Level II Trauma Center) and the Surgery & Care Center Facilities include: 12 ORs + 3 cardiovascular ORs 3 endoscopy rooms 3 OB suites Multiple imaging procedure rooms Outpatient Surgery Center with 8 ORs + 2 Endoscopy suites SSM Health SPOC (Sun Prairie Outpatient Surgery Center) - 6 ORs Diverse case mix: general surgery, ortho, ENT, GI, vascular, cardiothoracic, neuro, healthy peds, OB Flexible scheduling: 8, 10, 12, or 24-hour shifts (Mon-Fri) Shared call coverage (1st, 2nd, 3rd call + occasional weekends) Competitive Financial Package Experience-based salary, pro-rated based on FTE Eligibility for sign-on bonus Robust benefits package with coverage within your first 30 days!
