What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Guest Services Supervisor. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to set the example for the team, creating a memorable first impression for guests and supporting them throughout their stay. Your Role Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience. Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest. Interact with all guests and welcome each guest to our hotel. Open the door for guests arriving by motor vehicle. Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check‑in. Escort guests and their luggage to their room while explaining hotel amenities. Train and mentor a team of bell attendants to provide exceptional service. Assist the management team in coordinating special events that impact guest arrival and departure. Work with other attendants to ensure each guest has a personalized experience. Assist the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized. Make a difference with all guests and employees and exceed the norm. What We Are Looking For Previous experience as a hotel Bell Attendant or Supervisor is a plus. Hospitality industry experience is required. Ability to remain calm and provide direction at all times. Ability to solve problems when they arise.Teamwork skills. Pleasant and helpful personality. Must be able to work a full shift standing and moving between the valet lot and different areas of the hotel. Compensation $15.00 – $18.00 per hour.
