• Eligible States: All U.S. states except California, Washington, and New York
• Licensing Requirement: Must be fully licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C)

Compensation:

• Guaranteed annual base salary ranging from $40,268 to $67,500, based on experience.
• In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for an uncapped performance-based incentive plan, with average earnings of up to $27,300 annually.
• Top performers who consistently exceed goals can earn up to an additional $75,000 annually above their base salary.
• 5% bilingual differential available for qualified candidates.

Schedule Training

• Monday-Friday
• 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Arizona Time
• Adjusts with Daylight Saving Time

Post-Training

• Monday-Friday shifts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM Arizona Time
• Rotating schedules
• 1 out of every 4 Saturdays:
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Arizona Time
• Paid at overtime rate

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle inbound calls from customers seeking insurance coverage
• Generate quotes and sell insurance policies
• Educate customers on coverage and pricing options
• Cross-sell and upsell additional products
• Build rapport and provide excellent customer service
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a seamless customer experience
• Make outbound calls when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities

Required

• Fully licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C)

• Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas and performance metrics
• Strong closing and influencing skills

• Ability to explain complex coverage information in simple terms
