About the Role

As a Sales Performance Consultant (SPC), you'll partner with senior client stakeholders to design and implement strategies that help their people perform at a higher level. This is a client-facing consulting role focused on understanding business challenges, identifying capability gaps, shaping learning and adoption strategies, and driving impact and ROI. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients translate business objectives into practical performance improvement initiatives that drive adoption, behavior change, and measurable results. While successful client outcomes contribute to renewals and growth, this is not a quota-carrying sales role. The primary focus is consulting, client success, adoption, and impact. xhyhwjd

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Diagnose business and performance challenges
• Design capability, adoption, and change strategies aligned to client objectives
• Guide clients through implementation and embedding
• Measure adoption, behavior change, and business impact
• Share insights and recommendations based on measurement data, and its analysis, and performance trends
• Partner closely with client teams and internal specialists to deliver successful outcomes
• Identify opportunities to expand value for clients through successful delivery and impact

Required Skills and Experience

• Has experience in consulting, capability development, sales enablement, commercial transformation, organizational change, or a related client-facing role
• Can engage credibly with senior stakeholders
• Is comfortable diagnosing business challenges and recommending practical solutions
• Understands how to drive adoption, behavior change, and business results
• Combines commercial awareness with strong consulting and relationship-building skills
• Enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, people, performance, and technology

Compensation

$80-$90k (plus up to $7k performance related bonus).
