Global Environmental & Industrial Response (GEIR) is looking for a responsible person for leading a team performing environmental and industrial services. Global provides heavy industrial cleaning services to utilities, phosphate/ mining, chemical plants, pulp & paper, and manufacturing facilities with specialization in hydro blasting and vacuum truck work. We provide customized solutions for sulfuric acid facilities, including preventative maintenance and repairs and full turn-key turnaround services. We also offer a variety of waste processing and handling services to ensure that waste generated from client sites, is collected, transported, and disposed of by local, state, and federal regulations. Essential Functions: Ensure that all equipment and tools are prepared and ready for job. Conduct a Pre-con Meeting and complete a Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) form before beginning a job. Complete and review job packs and dailies and forward to administrative team daily. Technical Expertise in operation of heavy equipment and Industrial services and be able to fill in for any operational role as needed. Train new employees on job-related skills Performs other duties as directed. 1 hour per month of Leadership training Key Behaviors: Passionate and motivated to grow / challenges are eagerly accepted Proactively develop customer relationships and provide solutions by making efforts to listen and understand the customer (both internal and external). Required Skills: 1-2 years' experience managing and scheduling employees to perform industrial and environmental services. Prior experience in an industrial / plant setting required. Must have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills and be able to interface with employees in all levels of the company. Professional oral and written interpersonal communication. Ability to carry/move up to 50 Lbs. Ability to perform manual labor in an outside setting. Ability to perform work conducted in and around confined spaces and at elevated heights. Ability to use a respirator in environments where there may be exposure to chemicals, fumes, etc. May be required to be clean-shaven. Ability to work over an 8+ hour shift if required. May be called out for Emergency response. Maintain valid Driver License - CDL preferable. Preferred 2-4 years of hands-on experience and operation with tools / heavy equipment. PAY: $20.00 - $24.00 (Pay is commensurate with prior experience)

SCHEDULE:

Varies - will consist of day and/or nights.
