About the Role

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville is seeking an Overnight Residential Services Attendant to deliver exceptional service and support to our Residence Owners and guests during overnight operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless residential experience by assisting with deliveries, requests, lobby services, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.

What You Will Do:

• Assist Residence Owners with luggage, transportation arrangements, package deliveries, groceries, wine deliveries, and other personalized requests.
• Receive, store, organize, and distribute incoming and outgoing packages, mail, dry cleaning, flowers, and other resident deliveries accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information regarding Residential and Hotel amenities, services, events, and facilities.
• Support Residence Owners with transporting items to and from private storage areas as needed.
• Assist with Residential Lobby operations, including answering telephones, taking messages, and delivering correspondence and packages to residences.
• Communicate resident requests effectively with the Residential Concierge team to ensure timely follow-up and completion.
• Handle all owner interactions with the highest level of hospitality, professionalism, and discretion while anticipating needs whenever possible.
• Support other Residential team members during high-volume periods, breaks, absences, or emergencies.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the Residential Lobby and other common areas.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by Residential Leadership.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in Residential Services, Guest Services, Concierge, or a related hospitality role, preferably within a luxury environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent command of the English language.
• Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and standard office software applications.
• Flexible availability with the ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Schedule & Hours:

Part-Time position: This role requires availability to work two full-day, 8-hour shifts per week, providing coverage based on scheduling demands. Overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as business needs require.
