HR Operations Manager

Leading HR Operations and Employee Relations, the fully remote Manager, HR Operations & Employee Relations will manage performance management processes, oversee core HR functions such as Payroll and Benefits, and guide leaders on employee-related decisions and investigations. Key responsibilities Owns and manages the end-to-end performance management process, including coaching managers on documentation and tracking Serves as the central owner of all Employee Relations matters, conducting investigations and advising on performance issues Provides operational oversight across HR Operations functions, ensuring accurate and efficient processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including Employee Relations and HR Operations exposure Strong background in Employee Relations, with experience managing investigations and complex situations Demonstrated ability to coach and influence managers on performance-related decisions Experience overseeing HR Operations functions, including Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance
