The Opportunity

• Seeking Urgent Care or Primary Care physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
• 1+ year working in an Emergency Department or Urgent Care setting required.
• Tele experience is preferred.
• New grads will not be considered.
• Current national certification, BLS, and DEA required.
• Active license is required.

The Practice

Community Medical Centers, Inc - Stockton, California

• Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• We are partnering with Community Medical Centers in Stockton CA to provide tele visits to patients of this FQHC
• The patient encounter will be done via video platform
