Chemical Delivery Specialist (CDL)

Position Title Chemical Delivery Specialist Location Oakwood TX Department Operations Remote Status Onsite, must live locally after hire Schedule 5 days on / 2 days off. Mon‑Fri, with occasional weekend shifts due to weather delays or customer requests. Daytime hours. Employment Status FLSA: Non‑Exempt, Hourly. Overtime is available and expected. Job Summary Provides chemical treatments to oilfield well sites according to customer specifications and company processes. Clean driving record required. Must work at a fast pace while keeping safety as a top priority. Essential Duties Properly load and unload trucks Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of company vehicle and equipment Deliver chemicals and treat wells in a timely manner as scheduled Treat wells to prevent corrosion, scale build‑up, etc. Accurately complete bills of lading (BOLs) and other reports according to company policy Maintain accurate inventory reports according to company policy Timely completion of reports and documentation Maintain driver’s logs according to DOT regulations Follow all SOPs (standard operating procedures) Work well both independently and as a team Other Qualifications Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in oil and gas industry is preferred. Certifications/Licenses: Class A CDL preferred. Class B CDL with hazmat, tanker, airbrakes endorsement required. Must be licensed to drive manuals and automatics. Driving Requirements: Follow all FMCSA and DOT regulations. Work Ethic: Be trustworthy, dependable, respectful, and truthful with a commitment to safety and excellent customer service. Background & Pre‑Employment Checks Must pass a pre‑employment drug test, motor vehicle record check, FMCSA Clearinghouse, and criminal background check.
