Construction Project Coordinator

Supervise a team of 2–6 Project Coordinators across multiple locations Serve as the key contact and support for the Profit Center Director Assist the Admin Manager in balancing workloads based on project complexity and staffing needs Lead regional Project Coordinator meetings and support team communications and trainings Mentor and provide direct support to area Project Coordinators, promoting best practices and ongoing development Assist with onboarding and training of new hires Provide feedback on administrative workflows, process improvements, and system enhancements Champion standardization and ensure consistent execution of administrative processes across the region Maintain Project Coordinator responsibilities on a project when necessary to stay connected to daily operations Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Administration and Operations to meet regional objectives Requirements Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills High level of emotional intelligence with the ability to lead with professionalism and approachability Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with construction project software platforms Background screening and drug-free workplace requirements May be required to complete a post-offer physical and a site-specific background check Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills while effectively managing a team of Project Coordinators.
