Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle staffing: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding Maintain and update job descriptions in compliance with employment laws Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Assist with planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies and employee relations programs Maintain accurate HR records and filing systems Support general office tasks such as printing, scanning, laminating, and filing Assist with company events and internal communications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Minimum 3 years of HR experience Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, and basic office equipment #J-18808-Ljbffr
