Description:
The position is located in a Cardiac Cath Lab.
The unit typically has a census of 120 patients.
There are 3 to 4 staff members assigned per room.
Day shift staff work four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM.
After-hours and weekend shifts are on a call rotational basis.
Night shift patient ratios are not applicable.
Typical equipment utilized includes GE, Philips, and Siemens.
EMR system used is Merge.
Candidates with experience in electrophysiology and structural heart procedures are preferred.
Common procedures performed on this unit include electrophysiology, structural heart interventions, and coronary procedures.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and team-focused.
Floating may occur in pre and post cath lab areas.
Dress code consists of royal blue scrubs.
Call responsibilities are shared on a rotational basis among existing staff.
This is a vacant position being filled.
