This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Professional role based in Henderson, NV. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for managing leases, touring properties with prospective residents, and building lasting relationships with current residents. Key duties include assisting with marketing efforts, handling leasing documentation, responding to inquiries promptly, and ensuring a positive resident living experience through excellent service and communication. The role will also involve maintaining property appearance standards and providing support to the property management team. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Experience with leasing or property management, and knowledge of rental housing markets Ability to effectively handle administrative tasks such as leasing paperwork and data management Proficiency with property management software and basic computer applications Marketing and sales skills with an understanding of market trends and strategies Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities High school diploma or equivalent required; experience or education in real estate, sales, or a related field is a plus Professional demeanor, team-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr Greystar
