What You’ll Do Lead membership sales through studio tours, consultations, and follow-ups Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm leads, trial participants, and former members Convert first-time visitors into long-term members Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals Handle objections confidently by focusing on value and results Create an Exceptional Member Experience Build genuine relationships with members and learn their fitness goals Develop retention strategies to keep members engaged and excited Organize referral programs, studio events, and community initiatives Celebrate member milestones and create a welcoming studio culture Lead & Build a Strong Team Recruit, interview, and onboard Pilates instructors and sales associates Train staff on sales strategies, customer service, and studio culture Lead by example with energy, professionalism, and accountability Community Outreach & Grassroots Marketing Represent the studio at local events and wellness partnerships Build relationships with nearby businesses and community organizations Generate new leads through local outreach and networking What We’re Looking For Proven sales experience (fitness, wellness, retail, or membership-based businesses preferred) Strong ability to build trust and close sales without being pushy Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and following up with leads Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Leadership experience or ability to coach and motivate a team Passion for health, fitness, and helping people improve their lives Availability to work some evenings or weekends during peak studio hours or events Why You’ll Love This Role Base salary + commission with strong earning potential Opportunity to help grow an exciting new Pilates studio Work with innovative WundaFormer Pilates equipment Be part of a positive, supportive fitness community Make a real impact helping people transform their health and confidence If you’re passionate about fitness, sales, and building community, we’d love to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
