Enjoy work-life balance with consistent Monday through Friday hours, 8:00am to 4:00pm. Your earnings will range between $35–$42 per hour, dependent on years of experience and education. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech-language pathology assistance within both preschool and elementary school settings Collaborate with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists and educational teams to carry out treatment plans Support students in developing communication, articulation, language, and social skills Track student progress and document intervention results in accordance with school protocols Help implement individualized education program (IEP) goals for each student Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment for all children Required Qualifications: Current Delaware SLPA license Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting highly preferred Skills supporting students in both educational and healthcare contexts Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities You’ll enjoy an attractive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k matching.
