Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity is ideal for a clinician holding SLP-CCC credentials, who would appreciate the chance to work alongside a supportive team and receive guidance in managing a mild to moderate inclusion caseload. With approximately 40-45 students, you'll play an essential role in helping children succeed in their communication goals.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active SLP-CCC certification
• Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Delaware
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric school-based settings
• Open to new graduates with CCCs; a passion for learning and growing professionally is highly valued
• Knowledge of IEP documentation, progress monitoring, and collaboration with other special education professions
• Positive communication skills, flexibility, and a motivating presence in therapy sessions

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students with mild to moderate needs
• Conduct assessments, write and update IEPs, and track student progress
• Collaborate actively with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
• Participate in ongoing professional development and be receptive to coaching and feedback
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging therapy environment for all students
