Recruiting and Onboarding Administrator

Key Responsibilities Coordinate job postings across internal and external platforms Schedule interviews and serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS systems Assist with resume screening, assessments, and pre-employment processes (background checks, references, etc.) Support offer letter preparation and hiring logistics Manage onboarding logistics including start dates, documentation, system access, and equipment coordination Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and new hire paperwork Coordinate orientation sessions and onboarding schedules Ensure completion of employment eligibility, compliance, and policy documentation Support site-specific onboarding requirements (background checks, medical testing, clearances as needed) HR Operations & Administration Maintain employee records and digital personnel files within HRIS systems Support HR reporting, metrics, and onboarding analytics Assist with audits, compliance requirements, and documentation tracking Respond to employee and candidate inquiries related to HR and recruiting processes Contribute to development of SOPs, training materials, and process improvements What Success Looks Like Smooth, organized recruiting and onboarding processes with strong candidate experience Accurate and compliant documentation across hiring and onboarding workflows Ability to manage multiple requisitions and onboarding timelines simultaneously Continuous improvement of recruiting and HR processes Required Experience 5+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or onboarding support roles Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Preferred Experience Exposure to payroll processes Experience supporting high-volume hiring or multi-site environments Experience with HR systems implementation or process optimization Key Skills Strong communication and coordination skills High attention to detail with ability to handle confidential information Problem-solving and conflict resolution Process-oriented mindset with continuous improvement focus Primarily office-based, collaborative HR setting Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled #J-18808-Ljbffr Patriot Talent Solutions
