Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (with weekend rotation) Compensation: $28.85–$36.06/hr Must Have: Reliable transportation Key Responsibilities Deliver general nursing care and perform assigned procedures according to company and regulatory standards. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and preventive procedures. Monitor and document participants’ health status and responses to treatments. Provide participant and family education regarding care plans and medications. Carry out orders from primary care and nursing staff. Perform phlebotomy and administer vaccines and TB tests when needed. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to care plan updates. Participate in peer reviews, quality management, and utilization reviews. Required Qualifications Current LPN license (State Issued) First Aid and BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) Valid driver’s license , personal transportation, and auto insurance High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of LPN experience in a clinical or long-term care setting Familiarity with medications and care specific to the geriatric population This is a fantastic opportunity for an LPN who is passionate about geriatric care and ready to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
