Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as an LMHC will include a range of tasks aimed at supporting clients in their mental health journeys:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to tailor individualized therapy strategies for each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to families, groups, and individual clients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and the highest quality of care.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
